Terms & conditions Car Parks Cameron House has over 200 car parking spaces on the resort and offers a valet service. Parking on the resort is free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. Pet Policy Cameron House on Loch Lomond will accept small dogs in certain bedrooms a charge of £20 per dog, per night will apply. Dog beds, bowls, treats and water will be supplied on arrival.
Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements in advance of your arrival. Cots and extra beds Cots and extra beds are available on request and must be booked in advance of your stay. Please check at the time of booking. Charges will apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellations / Amendments by Us Pre payment is taken prior to arrival and charged to your credit card when any promotional rates are booked and is non refundable and non transferable. Credit card details are taken only as a booking guarantee for all other rates unless where detailed. The full price for each stay, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full, before departure. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount if you fail to settle your account before departure. You may cancel your non promotional reservation up until 12 noon on the day of arrival without incurring a cancellation charge. If your reservation is cancelled after this time or in the event of a non arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply and charged to your
credit card. In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to utilise accommodation thought the resort do so. If we change dates or cancel your reservation you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel any booking made on a promotional rate and rebook on an alternative date – subject to availability.
Promotions All prices are 'from' prices and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter this promotion at any time and without prior notice. Corporate and Society Golf Offer is valid for bookings confirmed before the 31st March for 2010 arrivals. The offer is subject to availability and is not valid on Saturday or Sunday. Terms and conditions may apply. The offer does not include beverage consumption. All bookings must be for 16 people or more to receive offer. The specific elements of the offers may vary at some properties, full details will be confirmed at time of booking. Sunday Driver All offers are available on new bookings only, subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All prices are per person per night based on a maximum of 2 people sharing a twin/double standard room. Valid for bookings made up to and including the end of April. Proof of handicap will be required on most courses, please check when booking. A full non-refundable, non transferable payment is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation. Senior Citizens Promotion Guests aged over 60s can receive an additional discount of 10% on our 2 and 4 night package when quoting SXP. Bookings must be made in advance. No discount will be applied at property. Proof of age may be requested on check in. This offer is also are subject to availability and may not be valid during public holidays and special events. A full non-refundable payment is required on booking which is non-transferable and non-changeable. Rates are based on two adults sharing a standard guest room for two nights unless otherwise stated. Supplements may apply for children sharing with adults. Weekend supplements may apply. Half price room upgrades are applicable Sunday - Thursday only and are subject to availability. Offer is valid on new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
