This time it’s personal.

Your fitness evaluation is recommended prior to commencing any exercise programme in order to establish your truelevel of fitness. The evaluation comprises of heart rate, blood pressure, body fat percentage, flexibility and aerobic treadmill test. (Individual tests are also available e.g. blood pressure, body fat percentage and flexibility).


Allow 3 sessions of 60 minutes – complimentary to all new members.

Personal Training

Fitness and health gets personal at the Cameron Club with your own fully qualified trainer who can take you through each and every workout. Your personal trainer will tailor your programme to achieve your goals, and after an initial consultation your instructor will take you through a workout designed to motivate and challenge using the latest TechnoGym equipment.

(Allow 60 minutes from £25 per session (discounts available on blocks of 10).
