Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond is our Michelin star restaurant within Cameron House Hotel.

Martin’s menus change with the seasons in order to make the most of the quality produce that is available. He is a passionate advocate of the excellence of Scottish ingredients, which he treats with respect in order to bring out the best of their flavour. 

The wild Scottish coast provides many of Martin’s cherished ingredients, such as Orkney hand dived scallops, creel caught langoustines and west coast brown crab.  Martin also likes to make the most of the wonderful Scottish game when in season such as grouse, roe deer and partridge. 

Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond is an elegant setting, where diners can enjoy delicious cuisine against the dramatic backdrop of Loch and Ben Lomond.  Both his Edinburgh and Loch Lomond restaurants offer a range of tasting menus and our restaurant staff will ensure you receive the highest standard of service.  Martin leads his team with the support of Head Chef Graeme Cheevers and Restaurant Manager Chris Donnachie.
