Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond is the only Michelin star restaurant within the 5 star Cameron House resort. This re-known accolade was awarded to the restaurant in October 2011 and has retained it ever since.
Martin Wishart is an award winning Edinburgh born chef and entrepreneur whose world renowned restaurants have created the benchmark for Scottish fine dining. He trained with some of the world’s great chefs such as Marco Pierre White, Albert Roux, Michel Roux Jr and John Burton-Race.
Martin’s menus change with the seasons in order to make the most of the quality produce that is available. He is a passionate advocate of the excellence of Scottish ingredients, which he treats with respect in order to bring out the best of their flavour.
The wild Scottish coast provides many of Martin’s cherished ingredients, such as Orkney hand dived scallops, creel caught langoustines and west coast brown crab. Martin also likes to make the most of the wonderful Scottish game when in season such as grouse, roe deer and partridge.
Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond is an elegant setting, where diners can enjoy delicious cuisine against the dramatic backdrop of Loch and Ben Lomond. Both his Edinburgh and Loch Lomond restaurants offer a range of tasting menus and our restaurant staff will ensure you receive the highest standard of service. Martin leads his team with the support of Head Chef Graeme Cheevers, Restaurant Manager Chris Donnachie and Head Sommelier Patrick Cooper.

Paintings of rogues, thieves and vagabonds from clan days gone by line the walls as you sit down at the contemporary Cameron Grill.
Take a trip to the Salmon Bar, bursting with the finest smoked and cured salmon from the nearby Scottish lochs, including Cameron House's very own beetroot and honey and Glengoyne whisky cured salmon. Alternatively, sample one of our other popular seafood starters including Isle of Mull scallops or Lobster Bisque.
In our innovative in-restaurant butchery, our craft butchers expertly prepare each steak before cooking it to perfection on the Josper Grill. The Grill menu boasts several cuts of steak including sirloin, rib-eye and fillet as well as other locally sourced meats including Dornoch lamb and Ayrshire pork cutlets.
The Cameron Grill also offers a delicious Sunday lunch menu and a children’s menu for our younger diners.

The Boathouse is a great alternative for those seeking a relaxed atmosphere and great local seafood.
Located just a short stroll from the hotel, down by the water’s edge, the nautical themed décor and views overlooking the vibrant marina greet you as you enter The Boathouse. You’ll be served the freshest fish and locally sourced produce, all served with a smile from our friendly staff.
Popular menu dishes include Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese as well as freshly baked pizzas from the wood-burning oven. Or if you want to pop by a little earlier in the day, grab a breakfast of pancakes and waffles and enjoy the views across Loch Lomond.
