Resort Reservations
Our resort reservations team are available 7 days a week, Monday - Friday from 8am-8pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am-5:30pm.
What time is check-in and check-out?
On the day of your arrival you can check-in from 3pm. If you arrive early we'll be happy to store your luggage for you while you enjoy lunch or use the leisure facilities. On the day of departure check-out is 11am.
If you want to arrive earlier, can I store luggage?
Yes, our Concierge team can store your luggage for you.
Can we have a late check-out?
Late check-out is available on request and a surcharge of £30 per hour is applicable.
I'm staying at the hotel, can I use The Leisure Club?
Hotel residents can enjoy complimentary access to the Leisure Club throughout their stay. The Leisure Club is open daily from 6:30 am - 10pm.
I'm staying at the hotel, can I use Cameron Spa?
Rates do not include access to the Cameron Spa, however residents can choose to add a thermal experience and treatments onto their stay. A two-hour thermal experience is £39 per person for hotel residents and £55 per person for non-residents.
Where is the roof-top infinity pool located?
The roof-top infinity pool is located at the Cameron Spa, 2 miles north of Cameron House Hotel. A concierge shuttle service is available throughout the day. Please contact reception or concierge to book the shuttle service. A two hour thermal experience at the Spa includes access to the roof-top infinity pool and is priced at £39 per person for hotel residents and £55 per person for non-residents.
Is there a shuttle service?
A shuttle runs daily from 09:45am-6:15pm from Cameron House hotel to the Cameron Club. It leaves from the front door of the hotel quarter to the hour (xx:45). It departs from the Clubhouse on the quarter past the hour (xx:15). For more information, please contact reception or concierge desk.
Are dogs allowed at Cameron House
From 20th May 2023, dogs will be welcome within certain areas of Cameron House Hotel under certain terms and conditions which can be viewed in our pet policy.
How much is it to bring my dog to Cameron House?
It is £50 charge per day, per dog. Please note, there is a maximum of 2 dogs per room regardless of size.
Where will my dog be allowed on the resort?
We welcome dogs to be with owners outside on the grounds of the Resort. Inside, dogs are welcome within The Lobby Bar, The Tavern (Outside, lower ground section of the bar area), The Boat House (bar area), Cameron Club (Lounge area) and in The Wee Shop. Please note that dogs are not permitted in The Cameron Grill, The Great Scots' Bar, within Cameron Leisure Club or Cameron Spa.
Are my dogs allowed off the leash in public areas?
For consideration to our staff, guests and other pets, pets must be on a leash at all times when not in your guest room, regardless of the perceived temperament of the pet.
Does the resort have wheelchair access?
There are wheelchair accessible entrances and lifts throughout the resort. Cameron House also has a range of accessible rooms on ground and first floor.
What are the maximum capacities for the bedrooms?
All our bedrooms have a maximum capacity of 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child per room. Family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children aged 4-14 years in bunk beds plus one cot. Please contact Resort Reservations Team on reservations@cameronhouse.co.uk who will be happy to discuss the different options available and the suitability for your family or group.
Do you allow 3 adults in one bedroom?
The maximum capacity is 2 adults per room.
Do you offer car parking? And is there a cost?
Free on-site car parking is available for guests. Our concierge will also be happy to park your car for you.
Are children allowed in the restaurants?
Children are welcome to dine in all the restaurants onsite, with an accompanying adult.
Do you offer group discounts?
To book 10 or more rooms, please contact our Events team on events@cameronhouse.co.uk who will be able to offer best group rates.
What is the dress code for the restaurants?
Dress code is smart casual in the hotel restaurants.
What is the closest whisky distillery to Cameron House?
Glengoyne Distillery is 14.5 miles from Cameron House.
How far from Glasgow and Edinburgh is Cameron House?
Edinburgh is 71 miles and Glasgow is 25 miles from Cameron House Hotel.
What is the closest train station to Cameron House?
Balloch train station is 1.8 miles from the Hotel.
Can we hire a boat on Loch Lomond?
Cameron House’s luxury motor cruiser Celtic Warrior is available for loch cruises. Bookings can be made online or you can contact our Resort Reservations team who will be delighted to make a booking for you. Please email reservations@cameronhouse.co.uk
Is the hotel and resort family friendly?
Yes we love to welcome families at Cameron House Hotel and The Leisure Club, our teams love creating wonderful experiences for everyone from fun family activities, children's menus across our restaurants, activity packs, and ensuring that all the little ones feel just as special during their time with us. Cameron House offers 208 bedrooms in various categories, ranging from suites, family rooms, loch view and garden terrace bedrooms.

Do all the bedrooms have king or queen size beds?
All suites, double rooms and family rooms have king size beds.

Gift vouchers can be purchased online. E-vouchers can be emailed to the recipient. Special gift box or wallets can be posted at a surcharge.
How do I amend my reservation?
Reservations can be amended online. Alternatively, you can contact our dedicated Resort Reservations team to amend your booking.
Are there hairdryers in the bedrooms?
Hair dryers are available in every room for use during your stay.
Can you provide extra beds in the bedrooms?
All children can be accommodated in our spacious family rooms on bunk beds.

What time is breakfast served from?
Breakfast is served from 7am – 10.30am, Monday till Friday and 7am – 11am Saturday and Sunday.
Room service can be arranged from 6am – 11am. A surcharge applies.
