Womens hourly rate is 5.4% lower (mean) and 2.4% lower (median)
Top Salary Quartile has 44% men and 56% women
Upper Middle Salary Quartile has 48.6% men and 51.4% women

Womens bonus pay is 12.1% higher (mean) and 38.2% lower (median)
2.5% of men and 12.1% of women received bonus pay
We are confident that the gender pay gap does not stem from paying men and women differently for doing the same or equivalent work. We have a gender neutral approach to pay, and the gap is as a result of the roles men and women work within the company and the salaries that these roles attract within the labour market.
However, we will take the following action to close the gap
· We will continue to attract and hire the best person for all of our positions regardless of gender but always based on experience, skills and qualities.
· We will strive to maintain our neutral position on gender and pay.
· We will review our reward and bonus schemes which are offered to ensure that there are comparable earning potentials and earning opportunities across all departments within the business where there is a business benefit of doing so.
· We will ensure that every policy, procedure and management guideline encourages ways of inclusive working and re-inforces Cameron House’s equality policy.
Our gender pay gap figures have been calculated in line with the regulations set out in the Gender Pay Gap reporting legislation. We confirm that these figures have been verified and are accurate.
