1. Exfoliate

For radiant skin that's smooth and bright, exfoliating is a key stage of any skincare routine. Amie recommends ESPA's Refining Skin Polish to help smooth, refine and combat dull, congested skin revealing a glowing complexion that's sure to turn heads. This super-fine exfoliator cleanses deeply while remaining gentle, meaning it is suitable for all skin types.

2. Moisturise

3. Facials

4. Stay Hydrated

It's no secret that the benefits of drinking water are plentiful. Drinking at least 2 litres of water a day will not only help with keeping your skin moisturised but will also aid in flushing toxins from your system. If you're not keen on drinking plain water, Amie recommends trying a fruit infusion such as adding strawberries or apples, as well as adding flavour the fruits contain antioxidants and vitamins that are great for your skin.

5. Healthy Diet

If you want radiant skin, the old adage 'you are what you eat' has never been truer. So treat your skin kindly and optimise your diet by eating a varied and balanced diet with plenty of antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables and healthy fats from oily fish and nuts.
