We use Connekt EV Charging who are a leading electric vehicle charging business in Scotland. For every charger installed, they’ll plant a tree on our behalf, supporting our commitment to our sustainability goals.

Our 5 star lodges, holiday homes and luxury suites are all based in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, in West Dunbartonshire, just North of Balloch and Alexandria on the A82 on the west shore of Loch Lomond. Cameron House Lodges are located next to Cameron House Hotel, and Cameron Club Lodges are located two miles further along the A82, at The Carrick Golf Course.
On the day of your arrival you can check in from 4pm. On the day of departure check out is 10am.
Our lodges do not have hot tubs.
The lodges are rented out on a self-catering basis. However, from time to time we may offer a promotion whereby some meals may be included or a discounted rate may apply to food & drinks purchased on the resort as well as golf or spa treatments. Use of The Leisure Club is always included.
Use of the Cameron Club leisure facilities at Cameron House is included. A charge will be incurred for use of the Cameron Spa Thermal Experience or for any spa treatments. Guests staying at Cameron Club Lodges have access to Cameron Spa facilities and use of the Thermal Experience within the Cameron Spa as well as use of the Cameron House leisure facilities.
If you would like to visit the Cameron Spa, we would recommend you book in advance.
We do not include a mid-stay clean but this is available on request and for an additional charge.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in any of the lodges, cottages or apartments, except for dogs which are a support animal for a person who is disabled as defined in the Equality Act 2010 (which includes persons who have a mental or physical impairment and the impairment has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities). Cameron Lodges shall be entitled to request that supporting documentation is provided to verify that any dog taken into or kept in any accommodation type is a support animal.
Cameron Lodges reserves the right to apply a cleaning fee of £1,000 to any guest found to have a dog in their lodge that is not a support animal and to request that the dog be removed from the lodge immediately.

The Cameron House Lodges have one, two, three and four bedroom lodges. The one, two and three bedroom lodges have either a sofa bed or pull down bed in the lounge, which means that one bedroom lodges can sleep up to four guests, two bedroom lodges can sleep up to six guests and three bedroom lodges sleep up to eight guests. The four bedroom lodges also sleep up to eight guests.
All linen and towels are provided with the exception of cot linen. We also provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. A starter pack of tea, coffee, and Tassimo coffee pods is also provided.
Lodges check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am.
If you have booked after the 8th of January 2023, electricity is included in your rate. Phone calls to UK numbers and UK mobile numbers are included but a fair usage policy applies.

Loch Lomond Apartments: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Three night stays
- Loch Lomond Apartments: Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday
- Auchentullich Cottages: Saturday and Wednesday
- Coach Houses: Sunday and Thursday
- Lodges: Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday
Four night stays
- Loch Lomond Apartments: Friday, Saturday and Monday
- Auchentullich Cottages: Saturday and Tuesday
- Coach Houses: Sunday and Wednesday
- Lodges: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Seven night stays
- Loch Lomond Apartments: Friday
- Auchentullich Cottages: Saturday
- Coach Houses: Sunday
- Lodges: Saturday and Sunday
Minimum stay for lodges and cottages is for three nights, and Mansion House minimum stay is two nights. During the Christmas and New Year period and some school holidays, there may be some restrictions where the minimum stay is four nights.
