Useful Information


All lodges at Cameron House and The Cameron Club include free Wi-Fi. There is no password required.


Owner & Guest Services

The Owner & Guest Services team is available to assist with anything you need during your stay. The office is open from 9:00am – 6:00pm Mon-Thu and from 8:30am – 8:00pm Fri-Sun and is located within the Lodge Services building (the Stable Block) on the left-hand side just through the main Cameron House entrance. Outside of these hours, if you require anything urgently, please call the out of hours’ number or visit the hotel reception.

We have a mixed recycling centre for glass, card, and paper at Cameron Club and Cameron House. Please do not put food or general waste in this as it will not be emptied.



To comply with current legislation, smoking is not permitted in any lodge or suite. At Cameron House Lodges, an ashtray is provided for use on the balcony only and we ask that you keep the balcony door closed. At Cameron Club, the only smoking areas are outside of the lodges and Mansion House Suites. If you smoke in your lodge or suite, a charge of £250 will be added to your account.

Pets are not permitted in any of our lodges or suites. Day visitors are not permitted to bring pets into lodges or suites. Should you be found to have a pet in your lodge, a charge of £1,000 will be added to your account and you will be required to remove the animal immediately.



All post leaves Owner & Guest Services by 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Please bring any mail for posting to Owner & Guest Services before this time. Any incoming mail will be delivered to your lodge or suite.

Lost Property

Food and drink items left in your lodge or suite will be disposed of on the day of departure. All other items will be kept for a maximum of 14 days. Postal charges will be payable to return goods.



Should you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay please contact Owner and Guest Services on 01389 727681 or ext. 7421.

Please note that the Maintenance team will only attend your lodge or suite for essential work that is critical to the overall enjoyment of your stay.

Maintenance services are available from 9am–5pm Monday–Thursday and 9am–7.30pm Friday–Sunday.

Outside these hours and in case of emergency only, please call 01389 312210.



Should you require any assistance from the housekeeping team while you are on the Resort, please phone Owner & Guest Services on 01389 727681 or ext. 7421. Please note that members of the housekeeping team will only enter your lodge/suite if it is critical for the enjoyment of your stay. However, they will be happy to deliver anything extra that you require.

Housekeeping services are available from 9am–5pm Monday–Thursday and 9am–7.30pm Friday–Sunday.

Frequently Asked Questions

Minimum stay for lodges and cottages is for three nights, and Mansion House minimum stay is two nights. During the Christmas and New Year period and some school holidays, there may be some restrictions where the minimum stay is four nights.

Arrivals are property dependent and as follows:

Two night stays
Mansion House: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Three night stays

  • Mansion House: Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday
  • Auchentullich Cottages: Saturday and Wednesday
  • Coach Houses: Sunday and Thursday
  • Lodges: Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday

Four night stays

  • Mansion House: Friday, Saturday and Monday
  • Auchentullich Cottages: Saturday and Tuesday
  • Coach Houses: Sunday and Wednesday
  • Lodges: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Seven night stays

  • Mansion House: Friday
  • Auchentullich Cottages: Saturday
  • Coach Houses: Sunday
  • Lodges: Saturday and Sunday

If you have booked after the 8th of January 2023, electricity is included in your rate. Phone calls to UK numbers and UK mobile numbers are included but a fair usage policy applies.

Lodges check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am.

All linen and towels are provided with the exception of cot linen. We also provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. A starter pack of tea, coffee, and Tassimo coffee pods is also provided.
