Cameron House

The Yearly Management Fee for Cameron House is paid every January and the current price is as follows:

  • 1 Bedroom Lodge £900.25
  • 2 Bedroom Lodge £1,051.80
  • 3 & 4 Bedroom Lodges £1,260.95

All lodges at Cameron House are sold in Perpetuity.

The Cameron Club

The Yearly Management Fee for the Cameron Club (The Carrick) is paid every February current price is as follows:

  • 2 Bedroom Apartment £1,416.39
  • 2 Bedroom Lodge £1,352.09
  • 3 Bedroom Lodge/Coach House £1,492.75
  • 4 Bedroom Lodge / Coach House £1,564.52
  • Auchentullich L100 & L101 £1,377.93
  • Auchentullich L102 & L103 £1,507.11

The lodges at Cameron Club are sold on a lease basis which runs until 2103.

Purchase Price Exclusions

Please note that the Purchase Price does not include the following:

  • Electricity – to be be charged on checkout
  • Telephone calls
  • Any additional housekeeping requested (e.g. additional linen)
  • All purchases made at the resort food and beverage outlets
  • Outdoor activities provided by third parties;
  • All breakages;
  • All and any costs associated with the insurance of your own personal belongings, which shall remain your responsibility;
  • Legal costs associated with the purchase of the Regulated Timeshare Contract of £275 (inclusive of VAT).

Terms & Conditions

Any contracts entered into on or after 23rd February 2011 in relation to Timeshare Ownership will be subject to provisions of the Timeshare, Holiday Products, Resale and Exchange Contracts Regulations 2010. These regulations require Cameron House Lodges Ltd (CHLL) to provide you with certain key information in relation to proposed Timeshare Ownership purchase, resale or exchange contracts. If you are offered, or enquire about, a Timeshare ownership of this type then a Standard Information Form which contains this key information will be provided to you.
