ELECTRICITY CHARGES

The electricity tariff that is in operation at Cameron House and The Cameron Club is a commercial tariff and therefore higher than that which you have at home. Electricity is metered and you will be charged for the electricity units that you use, together with a daily standing charge that is implemented by the electricity company. Owners also contribute to the shared electricity charge.
To keep your electricity costs down, we advise the following;
• Turn off all heaters and lighting in rooms that are not in use.
• Switch off all front door and balcony lights when not required.
• Do not over fill kettles, heat only the amount of water that you require.
• Tumble Dryers use a considerable amount of electricity, please be aware of this.

All lodges at Cameron House and The Cameron Club have free Wi-Fi, there is no password required.

LEISURE

All guests have complimentary access to the Cameron House leisure centre. Cameron Club guests also have access to the Spa at Cameron Club. For Cameron House guests who wish to use the Spa facilities, a daily charge of £39 per person per visit will apply. For more details, please call 01389 312 210

LOST PROPERTY

Food and drink items will be disposed of on the day of departure. All other items will be kept for a maximum of 6 weeks. Postal charges will be payable to return goods left in a lodge.

MAINTENANCE

Should you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay please contact Owner and Guest Services on 01389 727 681 from your mobile or ext. 7421 from the phone in your lodge.
Maintenance services are available from 9am – 8pm 7 days a week.

PETS

Pets are not permitted in any of our lodges or apartments. Day visitors are not permitted to bring pets into lodges or apartments. Should you be found to have a pet in your lodge, a charge of £1,000 will be added to your account and you will be required to remove the animal immediately.

All post leaves Owner & Guest Services by 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Please bring any mail for posting to Owner & Guest Services before this time. Any incoming mail will be delivered to your lodge.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS
To make any dining reservations please visit www.cameronhouse.co.uk, email the Resort Reservations team at reservations@cameronhouse.co.uk or call them on 01389 312 210 – Option 1.

RECYCLING
We have a mixed recycling centre for glass, card and paper on each resort. Please do not put food or general waste in this as it will not be emptied.
As you will have noticed, there are 3 different coloured bins in your kitchen. We would ask you to please separate your rubbish into recyclable materials such as Glass, Paper/cardboard and Plastics.

SMOKING
To comply with current legislation, smoking is not permitted in any lodge or apartment. At Cameron House Lodges, an ashtray is provided for use on the balcony only and we ask that you keep the balcony door closed. At Cameron Club, the only smoking areas are outside of the lodges and Mansion House. If you smoke in you smoke in your lodge/apartment, a charge of £250 will be added to your account.
