Our location on the bonnie banks means an easy stroll is simple to find. Explore the vast acres of the resort, discover magic and fairies on our fairy trail or head down to the loch side towards Cameron Bay and Duck Bay Marina where striking views can be found in either direction.


 

Hillwalking


BEN LOMOND

Located on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond within the Trossachs National Park, Ben Lomond is one of the easier munros;

- Suitable for novice walkers and children

- 1000 metres high

- Easy to navigate

- Fantastic views

- Busy route 

- One of Scotland's most popular hills

 


CONIC HILL

Conic Hill is the perfect hiking option for those short on time wishing to enjoy a breath of fresh air or those with children, as the gradual incline makes for a more leisurely walk, affording the most beautiful views across Loch Lomond throughout the ascent and descent;

- Suitable for novice walkers and children

- 361 metres high

- Part of the world famous West Highland Way

- Exquisite views from 20-30 minutes into the route

- Well signposted

MILLENNIUM FOREST TRAIL AT BALMAHA

Also following part of the West Highland Way, the Millennium Forest Trail, will give you front row seats to the wonders of Loch Lomond.

THE LUSS HERITAGE TRAIL

Enjoy an easy walk as you explore the charming village of Luss that lies on the western shore. With its pretty streets, sandstone cottages, long beach and ancient graveyard. This walking trail is perfect for families and couples looking to enjoy a leisurely walk and appreciate the beauty of the surrounding countryside.
