Cameron House Terms & Conditions

Bedroom Booking Policy

Flexible Rates: Reservations will be charged a deposit of 50% of your total stay at the time of booking. 7 days’ cancellation notice is required prior to arrival, if you cancel within this time frame your deposit will be refunded. 50% deposit will not be refunded for any cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.

Promotional Offers: Reservations will be charged in full prior to arrival. Payments are non refundable. Bookings cannot be transferred or amended.


Chauffeur Transfer

As stated within the offering in a collection of our suites, chauffeur transfer included is for collection from Glasgow or Edinburgh Airport or private residences only within a 75 miles radius from Cameron House.


Guest Check In

Check in is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Please note that check-in will not be permitted without a valid credit card or debit card. On arrival all guests will be required to provide a valid credit card or debit card to guarantee room payment (if not prepaid) as well as extras/incidentals. This card will be utilised to administer a pre-authorisation charge of the room rate per night, if not prepaid and £100 per room per night to cover any extras.


Late Check Out

All guests must have vacated rooms on the day of departure prior to 11am. Late check-out can be requested from reception at an additional charge subject to availability.

Please note although the card is not fully charged at this stage the authorised funds will be held against the likely purchase. The final form of payment for extras/incidentals may be changed on departure if you wish, however it should be noted that if you fail to complete your transaction at the point of departure with the same card utilised at check in, it may take up to 20 days for the monies to be released back to your account. Personal credit limits are the responsibility of the credit card holder and we do not take responsibility for any charges incurred as a result of any breach in these limits regardless of the length of time charges are held.



We reserve the right to pair golfers in order to maximise use of the golf course to enhance the golfing experience. Full payment is required at the time of booking, we request 48 hours’ notice or a full charge will be made.



Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for the consultation process. Late arrival will result in loss of treatment time. Robes, slippers and towels will be provided. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, we request 48 hours’ notice or a full charge will be made. Please inform us of any allergies, injuries, or any medical concerns that the spa should be aware of prior to your arrival. Please note that the location of the Cameron Spa is 2.5 miles north of Cameron House, Loch Lomond, G83 8RE.


Spa & Leisure

Please note that restrictions may apply in relation to alcohol consumption.


Cameron Leisure Club

Under 16s do not have access to the gym or classes, steam room, sauna or bubble pool. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult whilst in the pools.



Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your activity is due to take place to allow time for checking-in and a quick briefing regarding your experience. Any changes or cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to the start of your activity.


Your Reservation

To add another reservation for any part of the resort you can log into your account and make the changes online here.

If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please email the team [email protected] or call 01389 312 210 and we will be happy to assist you.

In the unlikely event that Cameron House has to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can: (a) accept the changed arrangements as notified; (b) make an alternative arrangement with us; or (c) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
