Our magnificent rooftop terrace, with infinity pool, provides a calming refuge from the world, along with stunning views over Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond.
Hydrotherapy pool
Body jets massage tired shoulders and necks, while air loungers and geysers relax and invigorate the whole body. It’s the perfect antidote for stress and tiredness.
Experience showers
How about an invigorating cold-mist shower or a soft-scented tropical shower? Both provide a multi-sensory experience designed to bring you back to yourself.
Ice fountain
Massage the ice flakes into your body to stimulate circulation, quickly cool it, and balance the warming effects of our extensive range of thermal experiences.

Our 20-metre indoor tranquillity pool with jacuzzi, provides a nice H2O environment to relax in.

Tepidarium
Gently heated and contoured thermal couches help relax and re-energise the muscles. Perfect for relaxing between experiences or treatments.
Caldarium
Heated stone floors, walls, and curved stone seating create a calming and purifying effect, allowing the body to heat up gently in a warm, dry environment.
Sauna
A traditional wood-lined sauna that generate sweltering temperatures, which many consider a great way to boost the immune system.
Infrared sauna
Infrared lighting heats up the air in the cabin to enhance the dry, hot atmosphere, open the skin’s pores and help detoxify the body.
Hammam room
Immerse yourself in gentle waves of warm steam and feel the tension slip away as a deep and visible humidity stimulates extra blood circulation in your body.
