An Evening to Savour Food, Wine and Time

Throughout the year, we’ll be hosting a series of intimate wine dinners featuring three courses shaped by the season and carefully crafted by our chefs, each paired with thoughtful selections from producers who share our respect for place. These are relaxed, considered evenings. Time to taste, to listen, to let flavours develop slowly. Whether you know your way around a cellar or are simply curious, you’ll be in good company.

Friday 13th March | Champagne Delavenne

From the Grand Cru villages of the Montagne de Reims, Champagne Delavenne crafts precise, elegant Champagnes shaped by family tradition. There is clarity here, balance and a quiet confidence that sits naturally at the table.

Friday 12th June | Waterkloof

High above False Bay, Waterkloof farms biodynamically, guided by soil, sea air and season. From vibrant rosé to Rhône varietals and expressive Cabernet, these are wines made thoughtfully – well suited to food and to long, unhurried evenings.

Friday 11th September (Italian Dinner) and Friday 20th November (South African Dinner) | WoodWinters

For over 15 years, WoodWinters has sourced bottles with a strong sense of place and character. For these dinners, a considered selection is brought to the table and paired simply, allowing both wine and dish to speak for themselves.
