Activities & Leisure
We offer our very own Celtic Warrior. Each cruise on the loch takes in some of the loch’s islands, including Inchmurrin, and hidden coves only visible by boat.
Yes, you have access to The Leisure Club located in the hotel, with a gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and bubble pool.
We offer a range of activities to keep your little ones occupied including bike hire, paddle boarding, horse riding, a swimming pool, a cinema and so much more. We also host a variety of family and children’s activities during school holidays. Keep an eye out for our itineraries curated by our activities team.
Cameron House’s luxury motor cruiser Celtic Warrior is available for loch cruises. Bookings can be made online or you can contact our Resort Reservations team on [email protected] or 01389 312 210, who will be delighted to make a booking for you.

The rooftop infinity pool is located at the Cameron Spa, 2 miles north of Cameron House Hotel. A concierge shuttle service is available throughout the day.
Please contact reception or concierge on 01389 312 255 to book the shuttle service. A two-hour thermal experience at the Spa includes access to the rooftop infinity pool and is priced at £39 per person for hotel residents and £55 per person for non-residents.
Hotel residents can enjoy complimentary access to the Leisure Club throughout their stay. The Leisure Club is open daily from 6:30 am – 10pm.

The 18-metre pool, family splash zone, and bubble pool are located within the main hotel building, at the Leisure Club.
Cameron Spa also has an indoor pool and a rooftop infinity pool.
Yes, guests have complimentary access to The Leisure Club and swimming pools throughout their stay. Leisure Club members also have access to the fitness and thermal facilities. All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pools.
Yes, children are welcome to play in the swimming pool and enjoy our indoor water slide. Children can access the swimming pool alongside an adult, with unrestricted swim times.
Yes, our hotel guests have complimentary access to the Leisure Club gym and swimming pool throughout their stay. Leisure members also have access to the gym and swimming pool. Under 16’s are not permitted to use the gym facilities.
The Leisure Club and facilities are open from 6.30am – 10pm, seven days a week.
Dogs
Yes, Cameron House Hotel is dog friendly. You can bring a maximum of two dogs to stay, for an additional charge. Learn more about our fee inclusions in our pet policy.
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted in apartments, cottages or lodges except for dogs which are a support animal for a person who is disabled as defined in the Equality Act 2010 (which includes persons who have a mental or physical impairment and the impairment has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities). Cameron Lodges shall be entitled to request that supporting documentation is provided to verify that any dog taken into or kept in any accommodation type is a support animal.
The cost is £50 per day, per dog. Please note, a maximum of two dogs per room are allowed regardless of size.
Dogs are allowed to be with owners outside on the grounds of the resort. Inside, dogs are welcome within The Lobby Bar, The Tavern, La Vista, The Clubhouse, Great Scots’ Bar terrace and in The Wee Shop.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in The Cameron Grill, main area of Great Scots’ Bar, within The Leisure Club, Cameron Spa, Cameron Cinema, in resort vehicles or on the Celtic Warrior.
For consideration to our staff, guests and other pets, pets must be on a leash at all times when not in your guest room, regardless of the perceived temperament of the pet.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in any of the lodges, cottages or apartments, except for dogs which are a support animal for a person who is disabled as defined in the Equality Act 2010 (which includes persons who have a mental or physical impairment and the impairment has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities). Cameron Lodges shall be entitled to request that supporting documentation is provided to verify that any dog taken into or kept in any accommodation type is a support animal.
Cameron Lodges reserves the right to apply a cleaning fee of £1,000 to any guest found to have a dog in their lodge that is not a support animal and to request that the dog be removed from the lodge immediately.

Yes, we can cater for outdoor dining occasions including barbeques. This is possible at La Vista and The Clubhouse, or within a marquee on our grounds. Please get in touch to discuss options.
Yes, the menus on offer for private dining areas will reflect the outlets main menu. Please note, bookings of more than 15 people may be subject to a reduced menu offering.
Restaurant outlet private dining bookings are refundable up to 14 days in advance if cancelled in full. If numbers reduce after the 14-day period, deposits are held and credited against the final bill. Large function space bookings are subject to specific cancellation terms that are agreed within the contract.
Yes, bookings within restaurant outlets would require a £20 per person deposit which is credited to the final bill on the day of your event. Large function space bookings are contracted, and deposit schedules are given, typically 25% of booking value at time of booking, 50% 3 months out and the remaining 25% at 1 month in advance.
Yes, we can cater for any dietary needs for your gathering.
La Vista restaurant can be hired out as a whole space all year round, however it is not available to hire over weekends and is subject to availability. Advance booking is highly recommended.

Our family hotel in Loch Lomond has several restaurants including the Cameron Grill, the Tavern and The Clubhouse.
Breakfast is served daily from 7am – 10:30am. Room service can be arranged from 6am – 11am. A surcharge applies.
Dress code is smart casual in the hotel restaurants.
Children are welcome to dine in all the restaurants onsite, with an accompanying adult.

There are a number of different golf green fees at the Carrick, depending on the season and whether you’re a private member of our Loch Lomond golf course. For information on our golf club green fees see the website.
Yes, we offer memberships for both the Carrick and Wee Demon golf courses. Our packages offer members various exclusive discounts at our 5 star Loch Lomond hotel. You can contact our golf membership team on [email protected].

No, you do not need to be a private member of our Loch Lomond golf club.
The lodges are rented out on a self-catering basis. However, from time to time we may offer a promotion whereby some meals may be included or a discounted rate may apply to food & drinks purchased on the resort as well as golf or spa treatments. Use of The Leisure Club is always included.

All reservations incur a deposit of 50% of your total stay amount paid at the time of booking. The minimum cancellation period is 7 days prior to arrival; if you cancel before this timeframe your deposit will be refunded. The 50% deposit will not be refunded for any cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival.
On the day of your arrival you can check in from 4pm. If you arrive early, we’ll be happy to store your luggage for you while you enjoy lunch or use the leisure facilities. On the day of departure check out is 11am.

All our bedrooms have a maximum capacity of two adults or one adult and one child per room. Family rooms can accommodate two adults and two children aged 4-14 years in bunk beds plus one cot. There are wheelchair accessible entrances and lifts throughout the resort. Cameron House also has a range of accessible rooms on ground and first floor.
A shuttle runs daily from 08:45am-10:15pm from Cameron House hotel to the Cameron Club. It leaves from the front door of the hotel quarter to the hour (xx:45). It departs from the Clubhouse on the quarter past the hour (xx:15). For more information, please contact reception or concierge desk on 01389 312 255.
Rates do not include access to the Cameron Spa, however residents can choose to add a thermal experience and treatments onto their stay. A two-hour thermal experience is £39 per person for hotel residents and £55 per person for non-residents, and can be booked by our Spa Team at [email protected] or on 01389 312 267.

Our 5 star lodges, holiday homes and luxury suites are all based in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, in West Dunbartonshire, just North of Balloch and Alexandria on the A82 on the west shore of Loch Lomond. Cameron House Lodges are located next to Cameron House Hotel, and Cameron Club Lodges are located two miles further along the A82, at The Carrick Golf Course.
On the day of your arrival you can check in from 4pm. On the day of departure check out is 10am.
Our lodges do not have hot tubs.

Guests staying at Cameron Club Lodges have access to Cameron Spa facilities and use of the Thermal Experience within the Cameron Spa as well as use of the Cameron House leisure facilities.
If you would like to visit the Cameron Spa, we would recommend you book in advance.

The Cameron House Lodges have one, two, three and four bedroom lodges. The one, two and three bedroom lodges have either a sofa bed or pull down bed in the lounge, which means that one bedroom lodges can sleep up to four guests, two bedroom lodges can sleep up to six guests and three bedroom lodges sleep up to eight guests. The four bedroom lodges also sleep up to eight guests.
All linen and towels are provided with the exception of cot linen. We also provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. A starter pack of tea, coffee, and Tassimo coffee pods is also provided.
Lodges check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am.
If you have booked after the 8th of January 2023, electricity is included in your rate. Phone calls to UK numbers and UK mobile numbers are included but a fair usage policy applies.

Minimum stay for lodges and cottages is for three nights, and Mansion House minimum stay is two nights. During the Christmas and New Year period and some school holidays, there may be some restrictions where the minimum stay is four nights.

Yes. Our spaces are large enough to host a number of corporate or business events, including award ceremony venue bookings.

Our maximum capacity is our Loch Lomond Suite, which can host a maximum of 515 guests for a drinks reception. We can also host parties as small as 20 in our Morning Room.

Some of our treatments are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments or conditions, including pregnancy. We request that you highlight any medical conditions or ailments to us in advance to avoid any disappointment on arrival to the spa.
Swimwear is obligatory within the hydro spa experience. Upon arrival, we will provide you with a robe, towel and disposable flip flops for use throughout your visit. We advise that you bring your own hairdryer or straighteners, as we will not be providing these amenities for the time being.
The spa is located at the Cameron Club, approximately 2.5 miles north of the entrance to the Cameron House Hotel. Complimentary parking is available.
Upon arrival, please check in at the ground floor spa reception where your Cameron Spa experience will commence. Please arrive at the Spa no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your treatment time, if booked for a Hydro experience we would ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your allocated time slot. This allows you to change into your robe and slippers before your treatment commences. Please note that late arrival to the spa will mean your treatment time is reduced.
Cancellations are free up until 24 hours prior to your treatment time. For cancellations within the 24 hour period, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Some of our spa day packages include two hours complimentary use of our thermal experiences including our iconic rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views across Loch Lomond. You also have the option to book a two-hour slot alongside your spa treatment, at an additional cost.

The 18-metre pool, family splash zone, and bubble pool are located within the main hotel building, at the Leisure Club.
Cameron Spa also has an indoor pool and a rooftop infinity pool.
Cameron Spa access is available for an additional cost. It is located three miles from the main hotel building, and offers a complimentary shuttle service. Guests have the option to add on spa treatments and the thermal and hydro experience for an extra £39 per person which includes the rooftop infinity pool by contacting our Spa Reservations team at [email protected] or on 01389 312 267.
