Class Descriptions

LesMills BODYPUMP

THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™ is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout.

LesMills BODYCOMBAT™

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Legs, Bums & Tums

A popular fitness class and workout style focusing on toning the glutes (bum), thighs (legs), and abdominals (tums) through a mix of aerobic and strength exercises.

Kettlebells

A high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as the swing, the clean and the press which will work multiple muscle groups. You will develop strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning through this ultimate momentum-based workout.

Strength & Conditioning

Works you through a series of stations where you will experience full body conditioning to give your body an overall workout.

Abs & Arms

A short session focusing on core work, strengthening your arm muscles, and growing your bicep and tricep muscles. Say goodbye to flabs and hello to abs!

Spin & Sprint Spin

The traditional indoor studio cycling experience on a stationary bike. Pedal your way through the ultimate calorie burner with motivational instructors and great tunes to keep you going!

HIIT

A type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

CIRCUITS
45 min version of this class.

Pilates

Strengthens the body, with an emphasis on core strength. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. In Pilates, the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise. Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.

Open Gym: Learn to Lift

A beginner-friendly open gym session designed to help you build confidence with strength training. Learn proper lifting techniques, safe gym practices, and how to use key equipment under guidance, while working at your own pace. Ideal for anyone new to the gym or looking to improve their form and develop a strong foundation for future workouts.

Run Club

Designed to be supportive, social, and inclusive, the Run Club will encourage movement, consistency, and enjoyment—whether you’re new to running or looking to build on an existing routine. It’s a great opportunity to get outdoors, stay active, and connect with fellow members. 45 minutes, meeting a leisure reception. 

Boxfit

A Boxfit class is a high-energy, non-contact fitness session that combines the fundamentals of boxing with cardio and conditioning exercises. Designed to be completely scalable, these classes provide an excellent full-body workout that improves stamina, strength, and core stability, regardless of your fitness level. 

Workout of the day

A group session designed to build strength, improve fitness, and enhance overall conditioning.

Build & Burn

A coach-led training session designed to develop strength, improve endurance, and drive full-body conditioning for a range of fitness levels.

Metafit

Metafit is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. 30 minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire.

Tai Chi

An excellent way to reduce stress. Originally developed for self-defence, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

Yin & Sound Yoga

A deeply restorative class that combines gentle Yin yoga poses with immersive sound healing. Long-held stretches help release tension and improve flexibility, while soothing sounds from instruments such as singing bowls promote relaxation, mindfulness, and stress relief. Suitable for all levels and perfect for unwinding and restoring balance to body and mind.

Stretch & Strength Yoga

A balanced class that combines mobility work with strength-building yoga postures. Improve flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness through a mix of dynamic movements and controlled holds. Suitable for all levels and ideal for developing both strength and range of motion.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A mindful yoga practice that blends traditional Hatha postures with gentle flowing sequences. Focus on breath, alignment, and steady movement to build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Flow Yoga

A harmonious blend of gentle flowing movements and restorative Yin poses. Begin with a slow, mindful flow to warm the body, then transition into longer held stretches to release tension and encourage deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels and perfect for finding balance between movement and stillness.

Yin & Yang Yoga

A balanced practice that blends the energising movement of Yang yoga with the calming stillness of Yin. Build strength, mobility, and focus through dynamic sequences before slowing down with longer held stretches to promote flexibility, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Suitable for all levels.

Holistic Yoga Flow

A nourishing, full-body practice designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Combining mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, this flowing class helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm. Suitable for all levels and ideal for creating a sense of harmony and connection.
