Cameron Grill Christmas Day
A refined Christmas Day dining experience in Cameron Grill, with seasonal amuses, classic festive dishes and a little theatre at the table. Begin with salmon and orange gel macaron, venison jerky with mushroom ketchup, or vegan amuses of smoked carrot tartare and pickled beetroot with vegan feta mousse.
Starters include Jerusalem artichoke soup, treacle cured sea trout, roast venison fillet, or salt baked celeriac with truffle. For main course, choose from roast turkey with confit leg and stuffing croquette, halibut with mussel velouté, beef fillet with short rib and bone marrow ragù dumplings, or baked hispi cabbage. Pigs in blankets will be served for the table. Desserts include Christmas pudding with Grand Marnier custard, Black Forest gateau, lemon and white chocolate Amalfi polenta cake, fine cheeses and petit fours.

La Vista Christmas Day
A warm and generous Christmas Day at La Vista, bringing Italian ease to festive dining on Loch Lomond.
Begin with truffled parsnip soup, treacle cured salmon with dressed crayfish, venison and game terrine, or burrata from Puglia with honey roasted squash and pomegranate.
For main course, choose from traditional turkey ballotine with duck fat potatoes, chargrilled Cairn Hill Farm fillet steak, pan seared sea bass with dauphinoise potato, or baked gnocchi with Scottish mozzarella and shaved pecorino. Desserts include a chilled Champagne sorbet refreshes the table before dessert, with Christmas pudding, warm panettone with Marsala custard, chocolate panna cotta, Scottish cheeses and petit fours to finish.

The Clubhouse Christmas Day
A relaxed Christmas Day lunch at The Clubhouse, with familiar festive flavours and plenty of comfort on the table. Start with spiced parsnip and apple soup, ham hock terrine, gin and honey salmon gravlax, or warm baked Crotin with sweet onion marmalade.
Mains include turkey ballotine with sage and onion stuffing, oven baked Scottish salmon with lobster bisque sauce, braised blade of beef with wild mushroom and spinach wellington, or caramelised shallot, squash and sweet potato tart tatin. Desserts include Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, Belgian chocolate and Baileys torte, panettone and orange marmalade bread and butter pudding, or fine cheeses with oatcakes and chutney.
