Mum-to-Be Spa Day

The treatment is tailor-made to revel in some ‘me time’ before your little one arrives. Using products safe for pregnancy, our ESPA Pre-Natal Treatment delivers the purest, most gentle formulas to smooth and nourish the skin while precise, expert massage soothes tight, tender muscles.

Please note that the use of the Thermal and Hydro Experience is not included as it is not recommended for use during pregnancy. This package is suitable for guests who are between 12 and 38 weeks pregnant.

Includes:
  • 60 minute treatment including ESPA’s Pre-Natal Treatment
  • Access to our main pool for a relaxing swim
  • 2-course light lunch in Café Spa
  • Complimentary use of robes and flip flops

 

Monday – Friday: £135 per person

Saturday – Sunday: £155 per person

For packages that include the thermal and hydro experience, this is for a 2-hour session. A time slot will be allocated to you at the time of booking.

If any dining is included in your package, Café Spa serves between 12pm and 4pm and a dining reservation will be made for you at the time of booking.

The spa is a wet area, we recommend you bring a pair of flip flops with you, however some can also be provided if required.

If treatments are included within your package, please note that consultation and aftercare is included as a complementary service within the scheduled treatment time.

Some of the treatments that are offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. We request that you draw to our attention any of the following conditions at the time of booking: epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, recent operations.
