Coordinator Service Included in your package

• A member of the events team to check in with bride on the morning of the wedding if staying onsite/ phone call if staying offsite • Presence in suite ahead of ceremony taking place – events team member will arrive at hotel room to escort bride to ceremony room or wait at main door if arriving from offsite • Events team member to assist with bridal entry to room Please note that the events team will set up place cards and favours (must be provided day prior to wedding). All other table decoration set up must be arranged by wedding couple or external vendor.
