A Decade of Legacy: A Lifetime of Influence.

7th & 8th November 2026 at Cameron House, Loch Lomond in aid of Save the Children.

On the 10th year of David Bowie’s anniversary, join the musicians who knew him best as they reunite for an extraordinary celebration of his life and legacy.

Ten years ago, the world lost one of its singular creative voices.

A decade after after his passing, David Bowie’s influence remains as powerful as ever. Fifty years on from Station to Station, a defining moment in his creative evolution, Bowie: Live on the Loch at Cameron House, Loch Lomond, brings that legacy into focus.

Not through tribute, but through those who created it.

The musicians who stood beside him, on stage and in the studio, reunite once more. A rare and deeply personal celebration of his life’s work.

Bowie’s connection to Save the Children was lifelong and deeply held; a belief in music as a force for good. That legacy continues here. An extraordinary gathering of music, memory, and meaningful impact.

THE BAND

The musicians Bowie trusted most, reunited.

  • Earl Slick
    LEAD GUITAR

Hired at only 22 to replace Mick Ronson on the Diamond Dogs tour in 1974, Earl Slick played on Young Americans, Station to Station, Heathen, Reality, and The Next Day. Slick is Bowie’s longest-serving guitarist with a career spanning four decades from 1974 to 2013, and now leads the Rock ’n’ Roll Guitar Auction in Bowie’s honour.

  • Gail Ann Dorsey
    Bass & Vocals

Bowie’s bassist and vocal foil from 1995 onwards, her duets on “Under Pressure” became a live highlight. A core member through the Outside, Earthling, Heathen, and Reality eras.

  • Mike Garson
    Piano

Bowie’s pianist since 1972, and the longest musical relationship of his career, Garson’s one-take avant-garde solo on “Aladdin Sane” is considered one of the greatest piano performances in rock history. Garson has played on over 20 Bowie albums and 1,000 concerts, including both Bowie’s first and final US performances.

  • Mark Planti
    GUITAR & PRODUCTION

Producer, guitarist, and musical director for Bowie through the late 1990s and 2000s. One of Bowie’s key collaborators, he mixed the Glastonbury 2000 set and played on Heathen and Reality.

  • Sterling Campbell
    DRUMS

Bowie’s drummer from 1991’s Black Tie White Noise through Earthling, the Glastonbury 2000 performance, and the Reality tour. The rhythmic backbone of Bowie’s later live band.

Saturday | The Black Tie Gala

Come together for a black-tie gala dinner celebrating Bowie, featuring a menu meticulously crafted by Michelin-starred chef Graeme Cheevers, showcasing the finest seasonal produce from land and sea. At the heart of the evening is Earl Slick’s Rock ’n’ Roll Guitar Auction; a remarkable collection of rare, signed guitars, with contributions from artists including Peter Frampton and Duff McKagan, with more names to be revealed. Throughout the weekend, guests will also enjoy screenings of rare, never-before-seen archival footage of Bowie, alongside a curated photography exhibition featuring unseen and iconic imagery.

Sunday | The Glastonbury Legacy Live

On Sunday, experience a once-in-a-lifetime live performance led by past members of Bowie’s band: Earl Slick, Mike Garson, Gail Ann Dorsey, Mark Plati and Sterling Campbell, joined by special guests. Reuniting the musicians behind Bowie’s legendary Glastonbury 2000 headline performance, they return to the stage for one unforgettable night on the shores of the loch. The concert will also be shared beyond Cameron House via a global livestream, bringing the experience to audiences both near and far.

BEYOND THE STAGE

The Guitar Auction

Presented by Regent Sounds: the iconic Denmark Street studio where Hendrix, the Stones, Bowie, and the Beatles recorded. A curated collection of vintage, historically significant, and artist-donated guitars. Confirmed contributions from Peter Frampton, Duff McKagan, Steve Lukather, and more to be announced. All proceeds go to Save the Children.

The Duffy Archive Exhibition

A landmark cultural moment, this exhibition marks the first-ever Scottish showing of the five iconic David Bowie photo sessions captured by Brian Duffy, including the Aladdin Sane cover photograph. Presented by Duffy’s son, Chris Duffy, in partnership with Metazone Archive, it offers a rare chance to experience these defining images, some which have never been before seen in person in Scotland.

Conversations & Unseen Footage

Chris Duffy joins Victoria Broackes and Geoffrey Marsh, curators of the David Bowie Is exhibition, for a special in-conversation exploring the enduring impact of Bowie’s artistry and cultural legacy. Drawing on their experience working closely with his archive, the discussion offers insight into how his work has been curated, preserved, and presented to audiences around the world. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear first-hand stories behind the imagery, artefacts, and creative vision that continue to shape Bowie’s influence today.
