Ten years on, we mark the life of David Bowie with a gathering shaped by place, memory and sound. From 7th & 8th November, we’re proud to host Bowie: Live on the Loch; a two-day charity gathering in support of Save the Children, featuring world-class dining, an extraordinary reunion of Bowie’s original band members, and curated exhibitions and experiences.

Starman Saturday

Arrive at Cameron House by private chauffeur transfer and settle into your room before changing for the evening ahead. As dusk falls, the house comes alive for a black-tie gala dinner featuring a seasonal five-course menu created by Michelin-starred chef Graeme Cheevers. The evening blends intimate live performances with personal storytelling, culminating in Earl Slick’s Rock ’n’ Roll Guitar Auction, showcasing rare, signed guitars from music legends including Peter Frampton, Duff McKagan, and Steve Lukather.

Across the weekend, you can experience exclusive screenings of rare, never-before-seen archival footage of Bowie, alongside the landmark photography exhibition The Duffy Archive, featuring five iconic photo sessions captured by Brian Duffy, including the Aladdin Sane cover, shown in Scotland for the first time. A special in-conversation event will also take place with Chris Duffy, alongside curators Victoria Broackes and Geoffrey Marsh, exploring Bowie’s enduring artistic and cultural legacy and offering unique insight into the curation and preservation of his archive.

LET’S DANCE SUNDAY

After the glitz and glamour of the night before, morning arrives quietly, and you’ll enjoy a champagne breakfast in the peaceful surroundings of loch Lomond. Following breakfast, the day is yours to spend at leisure. Choose from a range of bespoke experiences such as a Bowie-inspired mixology masterclass or themed Afternoon Tea, an indulgent 60-minute spa treatment, a thrilling 4×4 off-roading experience or a calming champagne loch cruise.

As the weekend draws to a close, you’ll gather for a spectacular finale from the musicians behind David Bowie’s iconic Glastonbury 2000 headline set: Earl Slick, Mike Garson, Gail Ann Dorsey, Mark Plati, and Sterling Campbell. Reunited with special guests, this one-night-only performance promises a rare and powerful celebration that’s too good to miss.
