The Cameron Spa is located within our Cameron Club Estate 2 miles north of Cameron House Hotel.
What happens if I am late to my spa treatment?
All spa appointments are inclusive of consultation, so time beyond your scheduled treatment period will not be granted in case of late arrivals. We recommend that you arrive within 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out paperwork.
What is the spa cancellation policy?
All cancellations made 24 hours before your treatment time are free and within that time, you will be charged 100% of the treatment charge.
Can I access the spa facilities including the thermal experience and rooftop infinity pool without booking a spa treatment?
Yes, you can book our thermal experience which gives you two hours within our spa facilities including our picturesque rooftop infinity pool, hydrotherapy pool, rain showers and relaxation pool. Additionally, some of our spa day packages gives two-hour complimentary access to our hydrotherapy experiences.
How much does it cost to upgrade to your couples suite?
It will be a £30 additional charge for your treatments to be held in our intimate couples suite, or £60 additional charge to also have one hour access prior to your treatments for private bath and steam room, on top of having your treatment in our couple's suite.
Are all spa treatments available in your couples suite?
Not all treatments are suitable to carried out within the Couples Suite. You must both select the same treatment choice to use the room.
