Summer Discovery Membership

CAMERON HOUSE RESORT – SUMMER MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Offer Overview
1.1 The Cameron House Resort Summer Membership (“Summer Membership”) is a temporary promotional leisure membership offer available for purchase between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026, subject to availability.
1.2 Summer Membership is available at the following rates:
• Adult: £55 per person
• Child: £35 per person
1.3 Summer Membership is available to new members only and is not available to existing Cameron House Resort full members.
1.4 Only one Summer Membership per person is permitted under this promotion.
1.5 The Summer Membership provides access to the leisure facilities included within the membership package, subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Cameron House Resort leisure club rules, and any applicable health and safety requirements.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Summer Membership is available to individuals aged 16 years and over for adult memberships.
2.2 Child memberships are available only for children aged 15 years and under and must be linked to a parent or legal guardian who holds responsibility for that child.
2.3 Child memberships can only be purchased with at least one paying adult Summer Membership.
2.4 Cameron House Resort reserves the right to request proof of age or identification where appropriate.
2.5 All members and guests must comply with Cameron House Resort club rules, pool rules, health and safety guidance, and any instructions given by the leisure team.

3. Membership Period
3.1 The Cameron House Resort Summer Membership is a 14-day promotional membership. It may be purchased between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026 and is valid for 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
3.2 The Summer Membership will be active from the date of purchase.
3.3 The Summer Membership is a temporary promotional membership and will automatically expire at the end of the applicable membership period unless converted to an alternative membership product.

4. What Is Included
4.1 Summer Membership includes access to the Cameron House Resort leisure facilities as specified at the time of purchase.
4.2 Access may include use of the swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, steam room, changing facilities and any other facilities expressly included in the Summer Membership package.
4.3 Any services not expressly included - such as personal training, food and beverage, or other chargeable services - will be charged separately at the prevailing rates.
4.4 Summer Membership is a promotional leisure membership only and does not include any additional benefits, privileges or discounts that may be available to Cameron House Resort full members, unless expressly stated otherwise. This includes, without limitation, any food and beverage discounts, retail discounts, guest privileges or other full member benefits.
4.5 Access to facilities, classes, family swim sessions or changing areas may be subject to availability, age restrictions, advance booking requirements, opening hours, maintenance closures or operational limits.

5. Children and Family Access
5.1 All children using Cameron House Resort leisure facilities must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult in accordance with Cameron House Resort pool and club safety rules.
5.2 Children under 8 years old must have one adult in the pool for every two children.
5.3 Children aged 8 to 15 years must have an adult present in the pool hall at all times.
5.4 Access times, swim times and facility usage may be restricted in line with Cameron House Resort operating procedures and safeguarding policies.
5.5 Cameron House Resort reserves the right to refuse access where appropriate supervision is not provided or where use would breach health and safety guidance.

6. Bookings, Capacity and Club Rules
6.1 Use of certain facilities, activities or sessions may require advance booking.
6.2 Cameron House Resort does not guarantee unrestricted access at all times and reserves the right to manage capacity, timetables and bookings to ensure member safety and service standards.
6.3 Members must comply with all club etiquette, dress codes, safety notices and reasonable management instructions.
6.4 Cameron House Resort reserves the right to amend opening hours, timetables, class schedules or access arrangements where reasonably necessary for maintenance, events, operational reasons, staffing, health and safety or circumstances outside its control.

7. Payment and Refunds
7.1 Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
7.2 Summer Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or at Cameron House Resort’s sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
7.3 No partial refunds, extensions, credits or freezes will be given for:
• unused days;
• change of mind;
• holidays or travel plans;
• temporary inability to attend; or
• late use of the membership after purchase.
7.4 If Cameron House Resort cancels the Summer Membership before activation or is unable to provide the membership for operational reasons, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at Cameron House Resort’s discretion.

8. Medical, Health and Safety
8.1 Members are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to use the leisure facilities and to participate in any physical activity.
8.2 Members should inform Cameron House Resort of any relevant health conditions, injuries, medical concerns or pregnancy related considerations before using the facilities where such matters may affect safe participation.
8.3 Cameron House Resort may, where reasonably necessary, request that a member obtains medical advice or refrains from using certain facilities where health and safety concerns arise.
8.4 Use of all facilities is at the member’s own risk, except where loss, damage or injury arises as a result of Cameron House Resort’s negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. Member Conduct
9.1 Cameron House Resort expects all members to behave respectfully towards staff, guests and other members at all times.
9.2 Abusive, aggressive, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or immediate termination of the Summer Membership without refund.
9.3 Cameron House Resort may refuse entry or remove any member or guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate or contrary to these Terms and Conditions or club rules.

10. Suspension or Termination by Cameron House Resort
10.1 Cameron House Resort reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Summer Membership immediately, without refund, if:
• these Terms and Conditions or club rules are breached;
• payment has not been made or has been reversed;
• the member provides false or misleading information;
• the member’s conduct poses a risk to themselves, staff, guests or other members; or
• continued membership is considered detrimental to the safe or proper operation of the leisure club.

11. Membership Cards / Access Credentials
11.1 Summer Membership is personal to the named member(s) and may not be shared, assigned, resold or transferred.
11.2 Any membership card, QR code or access credential remains the property of Cameron House Resort and may be withdrawn if misused.
11.3 Cameron House Resort reserves the right to request identification when a membership is used.

12. Conversion to Full Membership
12.1 Summer Membership is a promotional trial membership and may be converted to a Cameron House Resort full membership, subject to the membership options available at the time.
12.2 If a Summer Member upgrades to a full Cameron House Resort membership before their Summer Membership expires, Cameron House Resort may offer the following conversion incentive, at its discretion and subject to the membership option selected:
• credit the Summer Membership fee against the first full month of membership.
12.3 Any upgrade incentive or conversion offer is available only at the point of conversion and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively after the Summer Membership has expired, unless agreed by Cameron House Resort.

13. Follow-Up Contact
13.1 By purchasing a Summer Membership, members agree that Cameron House Resort may contact them by telephone or email in relation to:
• administration of the membership;
• service updates and booking-related matters;
• a mid-trial follow-up contact around Day 7 of the Summer Membership period; and
• an end-of-trial follow-up contact prior to membership expiry to discuss feedback and any full membership options.
13.2 Marketing communications beyond membership administration and service follow-up will be managed in accordance with the member’s communication preferences and Cameron House Resort’s privacy policy.

14. Photography, Privacy and Data Protection
14.1 Personal data will be processed by Cameron House Resort for the administration of the Summer Membership, management of facility access, safeguarding, service delivery and, where appropriate, communication regarding relevant membership options.
14.2 Cameron House Resort will process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.
14.3 Members should ensure their contact details remain accurate and up to date.

15. Changes to the Offer
15.1 Cameron House Resort reserves the right to amend, withdraw or refuse the Summer Membership offer at any time where reasonably necessary, including for operational, commercial, legal or safety reasons.
15.2 Any such amendment will not affect memberships already activated, except where changes are necessary to comply with law, protect health and safety or manage circumstances outside Cameron House Resort’s reasonable control.

16. General
16.1 The Summer Membership is subject to availability and may be limited in number.
16.2 The Summer Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership offer, discount or promotion unless expressly stated by Cameron House Resort.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
